Race Wekend: October 31 and November 1
You choose when you run or walk but we will have a Facebook program starting at 8:30am on October 31. Tune in to follow along.
A: 2020 Theme is 2020 Apocalypse - from Corona to toilet paper shortages to Giant Murder Hornets to face masks, wild fires and comets!
A: Due to Covid you have the unique opportunity to sleep in, avoid parking hassles and run anywhere and anytime you want on race weekend, October 31st or November 1st. Heck, you can even use your trick-or-treating miles! Sign up and we send you out your race packet so you have it in your hands before October 31st. You run or walk a 10K, 5K or 2 mile distance. Report your miles on our results page and take part in our online costume contest and treasure hunt.
A: Prizes for best costumes. To better plan your costume, the following categories will be a part of the contest: Best Apocalypse theme, Scariest, Funniest, Team, Kids and Dogs.
A: Running face covering, finisher's shirt with our epic logo, Run Scared sticker

A: Access to results page where everyone is eligible for prizes

A: Or, if swag is not your style but you still want to be a part of the fun there is a bib only option.
A: We will mail out your packet the week of October 26th via USPS.
Yes, but do charge an extra fee for mailing costs.
A: Yes! We have prizes for the three top male and female runners in the 10K and 5K. You must submit your results on our results page within 2 days of race day. You can use any device you wish - Garmin, phone app, Strava, treadmill....
A: All miles that are meant to be for this race, meaning miles you do while yardwork or chasing after your kids does not.
A: Yes! There is an option to donate at the time of registration.
